Builder gel, also called BIAB (builder in a bottle), is a strong layer of builder gel applied over your natural nails. It protects and strengthens your nails while they grow. At Dream Nails & Spa, BIAB is the same service as our Gel Builder, and you may also hear it called a structured gel manicure.
